The Initiatives of Xi Kappa
At Xi Kappa, we offer many personal development opportunities for our brothers to engage with our communities.
Some of the activities and events that we partake in to give back to the communities that we hold dear include:
Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) Events, fundraisers, percentage nights, volunteering service, roadside cleanups, mental health seminars, social mixers, camping trips with our brothers and alumni.
Additionally, we have our own initiatives to continue our legacy as a leader in academics in the Multicultural Greek Council. Our Alpha Chapter Scholarship Fund was founded to celebrate our brothers’ achievements.

Multicultural Greek Council
Xi Kappa prides itself with its involvement with the MCG to promote diversity within our communities and our campuses.
Philanthropic and Community Service
Xi Kappa regularly participates in service work, such as roadside cleanups and volunteering at animal shelters.
Fundraising Events
Throughout the year, Xi Kappa collaborates with family owned businesses to coordinate fundraisers.
Brotherhood and Alumni
The Active House of Xi Kappa enjoys a close relationship to its alumni network.
Academic Scholarship
Xi Kappa is recognized for our academic achievement and awards its brothers with The Alpha Chapter Scholarship Fund.
