Every initiated member automatically becomes part of the Xi Kappa Alumni Association upon graduation. Ways to Stay Involved
Mentorship and Advising
Alumni are encouraged to serve as chapter advisors or mentors to active brothers. These roles include regular communication with chapter leadership, providing career and life advice, and guiding the chapter through challenges. Alumni advisors ensure that undergraduate members grow into capable, responsible men.
Chapter & Alumni Events
Reconnect and build new bonds through alumni weekends, formals, retreats, and regional meetups. Events are designed to welcome returning alumni and integrate them into the ongoing fraternity experience. Alumni are welcome to participate in both local chapter events and national initiatives, fostering cross-generational brotherhood.
Professional Networking
Our alumni network is a powerful tool for professional growth. Alumni can support undergraduates by offering internships, job opportunities, career insight, and relocation assistance. In turn, brothers benefit from a vast professional network spanning industries and cities across the country.
Financial Contributions and Support
